Account Executives are responsible for marketing the NBGI, Inc. loan programs to retail brokers by helping them to find appropriate programs for the borrower and providing assistance throughout the underwriting and funding procedures. Account Executives must master the guidelines to provide the best programs for the retail brokers and the borrower.
Responsibilities - Manage accounts to maintain expected volume from each retail brokers.
- Provide presentations to the clients with details of loan programs, guidelines and procedures.
- Help facilitate communications with retail brokers and in-house officers.
- Provide excellent customer services and make frequent visits to retail brokers to satisfy their needs.
- Follow up with broker lock expirations and help delivering conditions to expedite underwriting, loan document delivery, and funding.

Preferred Skills/Education - Excellent customer service skill
- Multi language skill is a plus (preferably Chinese)
